As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Luminai, you’ll be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to make healthcare more efficient. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and close top talent that aligns with our culture. Our team is in-office 3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu) in San Mateo, California. What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions – Engineering, Product, and Design Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions Develop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in recruiting for high-growth technology companies (preferably B2B SaaS) Proven success hiring for technical teams Strong skills in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing – including negotiating offers, pitching equity value to candidates, and building relationships Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders Passion for fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby) Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, across various time zones Passion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace Experience with healthcare hiring is a huge plus
