About the role As a Full-Stack Software Engineer on Palette’s Engineering team, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of our product and the way we deliver exceptional experiences to our users and clients. Responsabilities Engineer reliable and maintainable systems to meet the requirements of our fast-growing user base. Actively participate in the design process to architect solutions that are both compelling and pragmatic. Oversee the organization and quality standards of our backend codebase. Research and advocate for innovative technologies and approaches to tackle complex challenges. Engage in every phase of the software development life cycle, from ideation to deployment. Stack Frontend: NodeJS, React, Ant design Backend: NodeJS, TypeScript, MongoDB Ops: AWS About you You have 3 or more years of experience in full-stack development or Entreprise back end application You are a team player, eager to provide feedback and happy to receive them as learning opportunities You know how to prioritize to deliver on time, as speed of execution is key, while never compromising on quality.
