About the Role:
We are seeking a Design Associate Salesperson to join our prestigious San Francisco showroom. In this role, you will combine your passion for luxury design with consultative sales expertise to help clients realize their kitchen and bath visions through Boffi's world-class product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue through consultative sales of luxury kitchen and bath products
- Guide clients through the complete design and specification process
- Manage the entire client journey from initial consultation through installation
- Maintain and curate the showroom environment to reflect brand standards
- Develop and nurture relationships within the San Francisco architecture and design community
- Create detailed technical specifications and proposals using AutoCAD
- Oversee project timelines and coordinate with installation teams
- Attend industry events and build network within the A&D community
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of luxury showroom or design sales experience
- Technical fluency in kitchen and bath systems and specifications
- AutoCAD proficiency for creating floor plans and elevations
- Established network within the San Francisco A&D community
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
