About the Role:
Accenture is seeking a Technology Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Sydney. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for technology consulting and engineering roles across our ANZ business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technology positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and tech communities
- Conduct screening interviews and competency assessments
- Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements and interview processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technology skill sets
- Support campus recruiting at Australian universities
- Track recruiting metrics and optimize processes
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology
- Experience with ATS systems (Workday Recruiting, Avature)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of technology skills and roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in agency or large corporate recruiting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
