Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gynecologist to join our growing women's health team. The physician will provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including preventive services, diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions, office-based procedures, and surgical management when indicated. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
•
Provide comprehensive gynecologic care to patients of all ages.
•
Perform annual well-woman examinations and preventive screenings.
•
Diagnose and treat gynecologic disorders and conditions.
•
Conduct office-based procedures, including colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, IUD insertion/removal, and other minor procedures.
•
Perform gynecologic surgeries as appropriate.
•
Review laboratory, pathology, and imaging results and communicate findings to patients.
•
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
•
Collaborate with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and other providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
•
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
•
Provide patient education regarding treatment options, preventive care, and overall women's health.
Qualifications
•
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
•
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
•
Active New York State medical license or ability to obtain one.
•
DEA registration.
•
Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills.
•
