SUMMARY
Manage the legal department support staff and operations of the department, including workflow processes, and all associated technology, and management of departmental vendor relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned

.Plans, directs, manages and evaluates the day-to-day operations and production of OG

CSupport staff

.Facilitate departmental software needs, system changes and training, including matter management software, panel counsel billing system, among other
sOversee handling of all incoming mail for litigated matter
sResponsible for oversight of all electronic and other court filings and service of documents as needed in various jurisdictional filings
.Oversee handling of all incoming mail for litigated claims across multiple brands
.Reporting and report preparatio
nManage, draft and maintain claim litigation workflows and processes, including various electronic filing interface
sEmploy excellent verbal and written communication to develop and maintain strong workin
grelationships with internal (other units within enterprise) and external customers (law firms
,agencies
)Develop and implement procedures and measurements to ensure customer service levels are met
