About the Role:
Al Adly & Co is seeking a Marketing Executive to support our brand and marketing initiatives. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns for our portfolio of luxury retail and hospitality brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
- Coordinate brand events, product launches, and promotional activities
- Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital assets
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics
- Liaise with media agencies and creative partners
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Support CRM and customer loyalty programs
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of marketing experience in UAE
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or FMCG
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong written communication in English; Arabic is a significant plus
- Experience with marketing analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
