About the Role:
Allianz Australia is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our technology and operations divisions. You will provide strategic people guidance and drive talent initiatives in a complex, regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as strategic HR partner to senior leaders in technology and operations
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives
- Manage employee relations matters including performance and conduct issues
- Support organizational change and restructuring programs
- Coach managers on leadership development and team effectiveness
- Analyze people data and provide insights to drive decisions
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Requirements:
- 6+ years of HR Business Partnering experience
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law (Fair Work Act, NES)
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or large corporate environments
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Experience managing organizational change
- Strong influencing and coaching skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
