About this role
At Arga Labs, we embrace FDE as our primary GTM motion. You’ll be working directly with clients to build custom solutions for their testing infrastructure.
You have/are:
Previous software development experience (Python backend + TS frontend experience preferred, others ok)
Work well with AI coding tools, ships efficiently
Understands how to evaluate and refine code (good eye for catching slop)
Communication skills, understands how to listen to clients and decipher what they REALLY want
Socially active and knows how to read the room
Preferred:
Really good at something (we have 2 Team Canada athletes, 1 pro esports player on our team)
Doing startups for the love of the game
Believes in the vision
