About the Role:
ATS Group is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage hiring for technology and engineering roles. You will source and recruit software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals for our clients across the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technology and engineering positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals (Bayt, GulfTalent), and referrals
- Conduct screening interviews and technical competency assessments
- Coordinate with client hiring managers on requirements and interviews
- Build talent pipeline for in-demand technology skills
- Manage candidate experience and offer negotiations
- Support visa processing and onboarding for international hires
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reports
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in UAE
- Experience recruiting technology and engineering roles
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and visa requirements
- Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of technical skills and technology stacks
- Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
