About the Role:
Aurora Energy Research is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Sydney team. You will help define and deliver analytics products that help energy companies navigate the energy transition.
Responsibilities:
- Support product strategy and roadmap definition for energy analytics platform
- Gather and prioritize requirements from customers and internal stakeholders
- Write user stories and product specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the energy sector
- Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities
- Support customer demos and feedback sessions
- Track product metrics and report on progress
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in product management, consulting, or analytics
- Interest in energy markets, sustainability, or climate technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
