We’re looking for a Founding Growth Operator to make sure every deal moves forward.
You’ll work directly with the founder and own pipeline velocity. This is the role that turns a great product into wins.
What you’ll do
Drive deals from first touch to close and keep momentum high at every step
Prepare for calls, follow up immediately after, and shape how every interaction lands
Build materials, narratives, and touchpoints that make customers feel understood and excited
Create leverage where none exists and engineer the odds in our favor
