Banner Health is seeking a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our growing Intensivist team at Banner Desert Medical Center or Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. " Role Responsibilities: • Provide cross-coverage call support • Manage clinical care and round on patients • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced ICU environment Minimum Qualifications: • Current ACNP certification • Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications • Active prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances • Experience preferred; new graduates with relevant critical care or cardiology experience are encouraged to apply Work Schedule: • Full-Time position • Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM • 12 shifts per month, including 2 weekend rotations (block schedule) Banner Health offers competitive salary and recruitment incentives, along with an industry-leading benefits package that provides security for you and your family, including: • NEW Night Differential: $216 per night shift, thats an extra $18/hr (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), totaling approximately $31,204 annually. • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and pharmacy plans • 401K Plan with 4% match after one year • CME days plus allowance • Paid Malpractice Banner Desert Medical Center, Mesa- serves as a tertiary referral center for the East Valley of metropolitan Phoenix and treats the highest levels of acuity in the East Valley.
