Join us as a UX Designer in Markets - Post Trade. You will join a central design function within our engineering and technology organisation. Key to your success will be partnering with multiple product and application teams to shape experiences that improve productivity and streamline how people work.

You will simplify end to end journeys across our technology landscape. Your remit will include uncovering bottlenecks, understanding user pain points, and create new ways for people to interact with information spread across multiple applications. You help teams deliver clearer, smarter and more connected experiences.

To be successful as a UX Designer, you should have experience with:
- Visual design
- Interactive Figma prototypes
- Scalable UX

Some other highly valued skills may include:
- System thinking
- Product design

Purpose of the role:
To manage product development UX and set the strategic direction. Provide support to the bank's senior management team, and to manage product development risk across the organisation.

Accountabilities:
- Development of strategic direction for product development UX, including the implementation of up to date methodologies and processes
- Management of product development UX initiatives, including oversight of colleagues and their performance
- Relationship management of product development UX stakeholders
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures for product development UX
- Management of product development UX risk
- Monitoring the financial performance of the product development UX department
- Conducting thorough market research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes

Assistant Vice President Expectations:
- Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness
- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well developed professional knowledge and skills
- Consult on complex issues, providing advice to People Leaders
