BayCare Medical Group is seeking Physician Assistants (PA) to join our expanding Neurosurgery teams in Clearwater and Tampa, Florida. Our physician-led group supports high-quality cranial, spinal, cerebrovascular, and peripheral nerve care across multiple hospital and clinic settings.
Available Opportunities
Clearwater - Morton Plant Hospital

Mix of clinic, occasional inpatient care, and OR first assist

Shared call rotation

Neurosurgery experience or rotation preferred
Tampa - St. Joseph's Hospital (Level II Trauma Center)

Inpatient-focused role with OR first assist

Some outpatient pre/post-op care

Rotating weekend call

Acute care experience required; neurosurgery experience preferred
Tampa Neurosurgery Clinic

100% outpatient; no OR, inpatient, nights, or weekends

Evaluate/manage patients, collaborate with surgeons

Neurosurgery experience or rotation preferred
Qualifications

Board-certified PA or APRN (Acute Care for APRNs in inpatient roles)

Ability to obtain Florida license

Strong interest in neurosurgery; team-oriented and adaptable
