New York Life is seeking ambitious sales leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs for our Accelerated Path to Management Program. Designed for high achievers transitioning into executive leadership, this program builds future managers through a structured two-phase path.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Phase 1: Agent (Foundation & Business Development)
- Complete New York Life's training program and earn required licenses.
- Build a client base and execute a personal business development plan.
- Shadow local office management and build a leadership brand.
- Requirement: Meet production and licensing milestones to advance.
Phase 2: Associate Partner (Management & Leadership)
- Complete a 6-month intensive management training program.
- Source, recruit, interview, and onboard high-potential talent.
- Mentor and coach new agents to build and scale their practices.
- Foster a high-performance team culture within the regional office.
CAREER PROGRESSION
Agent -> Associate Partner -> Partner -> Senior Partner -> Executive Partner -> Managing Partner
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Target Backgrounds: Sales leadership, business development, management, entrepreneurship, real estate, military leadership, or MBA graduates.
