About the Role:
Berlin Space Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to drive our satellite platform products. You will define product strategy for our microsatellite bus technology and work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and roadmap for satellite platform technology
- Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Write technical specifications and user stories
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the space sector
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and operations
- Present product strategy to leadership and customers
- Track product metrics and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in aerospace or hardware
- Technical background in engineering (aerospace, mechanical, or electrical preferred)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- Passion for space technology and exploration
