We recycle all wood, metal, carpet, and concrete; use Sustainable locally s Position Overview: We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage project budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver quality work that meets our clients' expectations. Responsibilities: - Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects simultaneously - Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans - Coordinate with general contractors, owners, architects, and engineers - Review electrical plans, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and code compliance - Procure materials and manage vendor relationships - Oversee field operations and ensure quality workmanship - Track project costs, change orders, and profitability - Prepare monthly progress reports and billing - Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Oregon electrical codes - Develop and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, with 3+ years in project management - Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction practices - Oregon Journeyman or Supervisory Electrician license preferred - Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Accubid, or similar) - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to manage budgets and drive project profitability - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred - Valid driver's license Benefits: - Competitive salary with profit-sharing bonuses - Company vehicle - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with employer match - Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave - Professional development and continuing education Birdsmouth Design-Build is an equal opportunity employer.
