About this role

Our Mission

Blink is pioneering the frontier of vibe coding—the first platform capable of building agentic AI apps from conversation. Thousands of businesses already ship production-ready software with us. Millions of developers are discovering what's now possible. Backed by Y Combinator, we're defining an entirely new category.

The Role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Program Manager to build and scale our creator partnership program. You'll identify high-potential creators, develop partnerships that drive real results, and shape how Blink shows up across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

This role is equal parts relationship builder and content strategist. You understand what makes short-form content perform, you know how algorithms reward certain formats and hooks, and you can translate that knowledge into briefs that help creators succeed.

What You'll Do

Creator Partnerships: Source, vet, and manage relationships with creators across tech, entrepreneurship, no-code, and adjacent verticals. Negotiate deals, manage contracts, and maintain long-term partnerships.

Content Strategy: Develop creative briefs that set creators up for success. You'll guide concepts, hooks, and formats based on what performs—without micromanaging the creator's voice.

Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of algorithm changes and platform trends. Know what's working on TikTok today, what YouTube Shorts rewards, and how to adapt strategies accordingly.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance. Understand which creators, formats, and messages drive signups—and use data to refine the program.

Program Operations: Build scalable systems for onboarding creators, tracking deliverables, managing payments, and measuring ROI.

What We're Looking For

Required:

3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media content

Excellent content sense—you can look at a video and immediately know if it will perform

Deep understanding of short-form content algorithms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

Proven track record of running influencer campaigns that drove measurable results

Strong relationship skills—creators want to work with you again

Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to Have:

Your own content creation experience (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)

Experience in developer tools, AI, or B2B SaaS

Network of existing creator relationships in tech or business verticals

Experience with affiliate or performance-based creator programs

Why Blink

Y Combinator backed with strong momentum and product-market fit

Direct impact: Work alongside the CEO to build the creator program from the ground up

Remote-first: Work from anywhere in the world

Category-defining product: Creators love demoing Blink—the product sells itself when shown
