Responsible to: Senior BCBA
Purpose: To support and enhance our integrated services model by delivering and supervising Applied Behavior Analysis that is individualized, collaborative, and aligned with our mission of providing a refined, high-touch experience for every family.
The Community You’ll Be Joining:
At Optimal Beginnings, we work together across ABA and Speech within our integrated model to contribute to a holistic experience that calms the chaos for families navigating a new autism diagnosis. Together, we cultivate a clinical team that is empowered and independent, operating with professionalism, clear communication, and a shared commitment to delivering an elevated client experience.
We are a tight-knit community where our families become part of our own, and we meet them with patience, preparedness, and kindness — proactively anticipating their questions, worries, and needs, so they always feel understood, confident, and cared for at any point in their journey.
The Difference You’ll Be Making:
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Optimal Beginnings, you’ll be helping to practice, enhance, and carry out our integrated ABA and speech model, focused on building real independence for children and lasting confidence for their families. - You will also mentor, develop, and empower a team of dedicated clinicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to uphold the highest standards of therapeutic excellence and deliver exceptional care.
