About the Role:
Brain Box is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our AI platform team in Toronto. You will drive the product strategy for our AI-powered building automation solutions, working at the intersection of IoT, machine learning, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven building automation features
- Write detailed technical specifications and API documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver product features
- Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Prioritize backlog using data-driven frameworks and business impact analysis
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and align stakeholders across teams
- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics
- Present product updates to leadership and customer advisory boards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience with technical products
- Strong technical background (CS degree or equivalent experience)
- Experience with AI/ML products, IoT, or data platforms
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
