Extremely versed in new techn Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee installation projects from sale to completion. You will manage crews, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our high quality standards. Responsibilities: - Manage multiple residential and commercial HVAC installation projects simultaneously - Develop project schedules, assign crews, and coordinate with subcontractors - Review project scopes, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy - Order materials and equipment, managing inventory and delivery timelines - Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project - Track project budgets and report on profitability - Resolve field issues and change orders promptly and professionally - Ensure all work meets local mechanical codes, manufacturer standards, and company quality benchmarks - Mentor and develop installation team members Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation or project management - Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems and building codes - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills - Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office - Valid Oregon HVAC license or supervisory license preferred - Valid driver's license with clean record - OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus Benefits: - Competitive salary with performance bonuses - Company vehicle - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with employer match - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development and continuing education support Build Products Northwest is an equal opportunity employer.
