Extremely versed in new techn Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated HVAC Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners and business owners, assess their comfort needs, and recommend the right heating and cooling solutions. This is a customer-facing role that combines technical knowledge with relationship-building skills. Responsibilities: - Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess customer heating and cooling needs - Perform Manual J load calculations and system sizing recommendations - Present equipment options, pricing, and financing to customers - Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using company pricing tools - Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Stay current on new HVAC products, rebates, tax credits, and energy efficiency programs - Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs - Attend trade shows, home shows, and community events as a company representative Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or home improvement sales - Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and energy efficiency - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency with CRM systems and digital estimating tools - Valid driver's license and professional appearance - Ability to work some evenings and weekends for customer appointments - NATE, BPI, or other industry certifications are a plus Benefits: - Base salary plus uncapped commission - Company vehicle or vehicle allowance - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan - Paid training and ongoing professional development - Warm leads provided — no cold calling required Build Products Northwest is an equal opportunity employer.
