This role is designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to business operations, regional expansion, and the day-to-day work involved in scaling a growing education business.
What You’ll Work On
Business Expansion & Operations
Support day-to-day regional operations and help connect learning centers with the central team
Spend time in learning centers to understand student, parent, staff, and operational needs firsthand
Identify operational challenges and help develop practical solutions to improve center performance and customer experience
Support new center launches, including launch planning, operational setup, coordination, and execution
Assist with evaluating potential new markets and expansion opportunities
Help develop and improve repeatable operating processes, workflows, and systems as the business grows
Track operational priorities, follow up on action items, and help ensure projects are completed on time
Work closely with Center Managers and other frontline team members to understand what is working and where additional support is needed
Analyze operational information and frontline feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Support cross-functional projects related to center performance, expansion, staffing needs, customer experience, and business operations
Take ownership of projects and help move initiatives from planning through implementation
