Job Summary
The Senior Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in the daily operations of the Compliance Program by managing hotline reports, conducting investigations, reviewing conflict of interest disclosures, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures. This position ensures that all compliance matters are triaged accurately, documented thoroughly, and resolved in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. The Senior Compliance Analyst also supports compliance training, reporting, monitoring, and cross‑departmental coordination to promote a culture of integrity and regulatory adherence across the organization.

Experience supporting an effective Compliance Program within a healthcare organization
Bachelor’s degree required
Healthcare Compliance Certification (CHC) required within 12 months of hire
Demonstrated experience with hotline intake, case triage, investigations, and conflict of interest reviews
Familiarity with healthcare compliance laws and standards, including the False Claims Act, Anti‑Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, and OIG Compliance Program Guidance
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent matters with discretion and confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to educate, guide, and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance case management systems
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Essential Functions
Serve as the primary intake point for hotline and compliance reports, including categorization, prioritization, and routing
Conduct and support compliance investigations, including planning, evidence collection, interviews, analysis, and report writing
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all compliance cases, including evidence logs and chain‑of‑custody records
Track case progress, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely closure of investigations
Review and analyze conflict of interest disclosures; identify potential conflicts and recommend mitigation plans
Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures to align with current regulations and organizational practices
Identify trends from hotline reports, investigations, and conflict of interest data; prepare summaries, dashboards, and reports for leadership
Provide guidance to employees on reporting processes, conflict of interest requirements, and compliance policies
Support compliance training, communication, and awareness initiatives
Coordinate with Human Resources, Legal, and operational leaders to ensure appropriate handling of compliance matters
Maintain confidentiality and independence in all aspects of compliance operations
Stay current on healthcare regulations, industry trends, and compliance best practices; provide updates to stakeholders
Support audits, monitoring activities, and compliance reporting
Draft compliance communications and reminders on timely compliance topics
Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned
