What Your Practice Will Look Like
You'll enjoy a predominantly outpatient-focused practice with inpatient consultative support in a well-resourced children's hospital.
Your role includes:
•
Outpatient pediatric neurology clinics
•
Inpatient consultative services
•
Shared call with primarily remote evening/weekend consultative coverage
•
Opportunities to teach medical students and residents
•
Participation in multidisciplinary pediatric care teams
You'll be supported by:
•
Pediatric hospitalists and intensivists managing primary inpatient care
•
Dedicated inpatient EEG technicians
•
On-site EEG and video EEG monitoring
•
Pediatric neurosurgery collaboration
•
Strong ancillary and pediatric specialty support
You'll serve a large and growing pediatric population of more than 300,000 children across western Virginia.
