Join our established rheumatology practice providing state-of-the-art, patient-centered care to help optimize function and well-being. This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient practice across our Newark and Wilmington, Delaware campuses and Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland .

Associate Program Director - Rheumatology Fellowship
ChristianaCare recently launched its ACGME-accredited Rheumatology Fellowship Program , and we are seeking an academic clinician leader to help shape its success. The Associate Program Director will collaborate with the Program Director and faculty to support all aspects of the fellowship, including curriculum design, mentoring, and ACGME compliance.

Develop and implement curriculum for the new Rheumatology Fellowship Program

Mentor and teach fellows, residents, and medical students

Participate in quality improvement and scholarly activities

Continue clinical practice within ChristianaCare's rheumatology division
