About the Role:
CLB Groep is seeking an HR Manager to lead people operations for our technology and consulting teams. You will provide strategic HR guidance and manage day-to-day people matters.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations for technology teams (100+ employees)
- Manage recruitment processes and employer branding
- Handle employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labor law and collective agreements
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support organizational change and growth initiatives
- Analyze HR data and provide insights
- Coordinate with works council on employee matters
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience in the Netherlands
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law (Wet Werk en Zekerheid)
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Proven recruitment and talent management skills
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Strong communication and advisory skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
