Client Success Manager (full-time, one position)
Job Duties and Requirements:
Client Success Manager needed in Santa Clara, CA to work closely with the iQueue for Operating Rooms Implementation, Product and Data Engineering teams to successfully implement LeanTaaS' iQueue software and improve processes at both new and existing clients. Problem solver for client issues by using technical knowledge to analyze raw data from the clients’ healthcare software, detect trends or patterns to make accurate assessments, and convey actionable takeaways. Utilize Data Analytics and Visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, and Excel) for software usage to identify opportunities for engagement and upselling, increase the value our clients receive, and ensure retention. Master healthcare software industry and iQueue for OR product suite to train cross-functional client stakeholders on product features. Serves as the subject-matter expert and able to handle sensitive discussions to implement change management and improve operational processes. Create internal and external facing communications, product resources, and reports about client data, health and engagement. Consult with hospital leadership to set goals for operational excellence, interpret data metrics, develop actionable recommendations for improved client engagement, and demonstrate product ROI. Build and cultivate hospital relationships with existing clients and within all parts of the organization. Work collaboratively with Product and Design teams to synthesize hospital partners’ feedback to achieve software success, drive product development, provide the best product for the client and our market. Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics or related field plus six (6) months of marketing experience. Six (6) months of marketing experience must include experience in Google Analytics and CX. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Telecommuting is an option.
