Salary: AED 240,000 - 420,000 per year plus commission
About the Role:
CNS Middle East is seeking a Sales Manager to drive enterprise software sales across the UAE and GCC region. You will manage key accounts and develop new business in government and enterprise sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts in UAE and GCC
- Develop and execute sales strategies for government and enterprise segments
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations
- Build relationships with C-level executives and IT directors
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with procurement teams
- Manage pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams
- Attend industry events and conferences
Requirements:
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the Middle East
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationships in UAE government and enterprise sectors
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and software solutions
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology
