We're recruiting 2 OB/GYN physicians to join our team in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands - a unique opportunity to practice full-scope OB/GYN in a supportive, sustainable system while living on a tropical island.
The Practice
•
Established team: 5 OB/GYNs, 6 midwives, 2 NPs
•
Full-scope OB/GYN with strong midwifery support
•
Midwife first call in-house
•
Physicians focus on C-sections, operative deliveries, and gyn cases
•
Option to stay involved in vaginal deliveries if desired
Work-Life Balance (yes, really)
•
1 in 5 call + post-call day off
•
True 40-hour work week
•
Clinic capped at 14 patients/day
•
15 paid holidays + PTO + sick leave
Compensation
•
$220K salary + $10K signing bonus
•
