We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician who shares our vision of excellence and compassion in patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing, multidisciplinary practice with opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive internal medicine care for adult patients.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other specialists to coordinate patient care.
• Emphasize preventive medicine and wellness management.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR system.
• Participate in practice meetings, quality initiatives, and continuing education activities.
Requirements
• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in New Jersey.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Empathy and compassion in providing patient-centered care.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize patient care needs.
