We're seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to open a brand-new oral surgery center in New Jersey. This is an opportunity to take on the founding surgeon role without the financial exposure or administrative load of starting solo. From day one, you'll define the clinical standards, build a referral network, and set the tone and culture of your practice-with the operational support of a surgeon-led platform behind you.
