About the Role:
curendo is seeking a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive digital health experiences. You will design products that help elderly care providers and families navigate complex healthcare systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile healthcare applications
- Conduct user research with caregivers, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) across all designs
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers in agile sprints
- Validate designs through usability testing and A/B experiments
- Present design work to stakeholders and gather feedback
Requirements:
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards
- Experience in healthcare or elderly care technology preferred
- Good English skills; German is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
