Beaverhand is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions across email and chat with clarity and empathy
- Troubleshoot product issues and guide users to quick resolutions
- Document recurring issues and share insights with product and engineering
- Help write help-center articles and improve self-serve support

Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer support, success, or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent written communication and patient problem-solving
- Comfort learning a technical SaaS product quickly
- Bonus: experience with support tooling and basic familiarity with cloud apps

On-site at our Portland, OR office.
