Responsibilities:
- Provide quantitative analysis and a strategic perspective to partners across the org
- Build models and experiments to inform product and business decisions
- Define metrics, run A/B tests, and communicate findings clearly
- Partner with engineering to productionize models and analyses
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in data science or applied analytics
- Strong Python and PyTorch; comfortable on a major cloud (GCP a plus)
- Solid statistics, experimentation, and storytelling with data
- Ability to translate ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis
