About the Role:
We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of consulting engagements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as the primary liaison
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure quality and timeliness
- Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams
- Facilitate client workshops, strategy sessions, and presentations
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and drive account growth
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategists, researchers, and creatives
- Monitor project health metrics and proactively address risks
- Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across different clients and industries
- Contribute to business development efforts including proposals and pitches

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or consulting
- Experience in marketing, branding, or technology consulting preferred
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex engagements
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize research and data
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
