About the Role:
Dell Technologies is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand and communications initiatives for the UK and Ireland market. You will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive demand for Dell's enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, PR, and social channels
- Create compelling brand messaging and content for UK/Ireland audiences
- Manage relationships with PR agencies, media outlets, and industry analysts
- Plan and execute thought leadership programs including executive communications
- Coordinate with global marketing teams to localize campaigns for UK market
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Support product launches and sales enablement initiatives

Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology
- Strong understanding of brand management and communications strategy
- Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
