About the Role:
Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our IT and digitalization departments. You will provide strategic HR guidance and operational support to leadership in a large public sector organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as HR Business Partner for IT and digitalization departments (500+ employees)
- Advise managers on all HR matters including performance management, talent development, and organizational change
- Manage employee relations matters in accordance with German labor law and collective agreements
- Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives
- Coordinate with works council on co-determination matters
- Drive talent acquisition and employer branding for technical roles
- Implement HR policies and processes aligned with public sector regulations
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and collective bargaining agreements
- Experience in public sector or large organizations preferred
- Fluent German (C2 level required) and good English skills
- Experience with HR information systems
- CIPD or equivalent HR qualification
- Strong advisory and coaching skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
