About the Role:
Device Technologies is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our enterprise hospital sales team in NSW. You will manage a team of account executives selling advanced medical technology to public and private hospitals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5-8 enterprise sales representatives
- Develop and execute sales strategies for hospital and health system accounts
- Manage key account relationships with hospital procurement and clinical leaders
- Drive revenue growth through new business and account expansion
- Coach and develop team members on consultative selling
- Conduct product presentations and clinical demonstrations
- Manage tender/RFP processes for large hospital contracts
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare
- 3+ years of sales management experience
- Strong relationships in Australian hospital and health system networks
- Understanding of medical device regulations (TGA)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within NSW
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related field
