Role Overview
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineering Intern to help bring new customers onto the platform and ensure successful deployments.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are running smoothly in real-world environments.
What You’ll Do
Support onboarding and implementation for new customers
Configure integrations with external systems and APIs
Troubleshoot technical issues across deployments
Assist in customizing workflows based on customer needs
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve deployment processes
Help document best practices and implementation patterns
What We’re Looking For
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Familiarity with APIs and basic system integration concepts
Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills and willingness to work with non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Exposure to healthcare systems or regulated environments
Experience working on technical projects end-to-end
Interest in applied AI or workflow automation
