About the Role:
Dream Payments is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our merchant customers get maximum value from our payment solutions. You will own the post-sale relationship and drive adoption, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of merchant accounts from onboarding through renewal
- Develop customer success plans and conduct regular business reviews
- Drive product adoption through training and best practice guidance
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address churn risks
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate with support, product, and engineering teams on customer issues
- Provide customer feedback to product teams for feature development
- Track and report on key success metrics (NPS, retention, expansion revenue)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS industry preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven approach with experience analyzing customer metrics
- Experience with customer success tools (Gainsight, Totango)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
