ABA-approved degree preferred, 2+ years in complex litigation ideal. Additional skills desired: Experience with trial preparation, managing logistics, and assisting at trial; Experience drafting pleadings, routine motions, responses to discovery, subpoenas, preparing exhibits, assembling appendices for motions and/or appellate practice; Strong technology experience including Relativity, PowerPoint; Extensive knowledge of ESI protocol and e-discovery procedures; Experience managing document-intensive files, performing substantive reviews, preparing and tracking productions; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Lexis Advance, cite-checking and bluebook experience; Thrive in a team-driven environment; Ability to prioritize assignments and delegate when necessary; Preference for NALA, NFPA, or specialized certifications; Availability for overtime.
