About the Role:
EITCO is seeking a Recruiter to join our People team and lead technical hiring efforts. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for software engineering, data, and infrastructure roles across our Berlin and Hamburg offices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions (20-30 open roles)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, tech communities, and events
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess technical competencies
- Coordinate technical interview processes with engineering managers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates
- Develop employer branding content and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Attend tech meetups, conferences, and university career fairs
- Track recruiting metrics and optimize hiring processes
- Manage candidate experience and communication
Requirements:
- 3+ years of tech recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers
- Proficiency with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of technical skills, frameworks, and programming languages
- Fluent German and English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in agency or in-house tech recruiting
