About this role
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a solutions architect who thrives on owning and delivering integration solutions for clients from from start to finish. In this role, you’ll manage the critical period between a contract signature and the public launch date. You’ll be expected to align a range of stakeholders throughout the entire process including OEMs, distributers, internal engineering teams, financing partners, DMV organizations, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to work with our clients to create an integration solution that addresses their unique needs and requirements in a timely, effective, and generalizable manner.
As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll also work closely with existing customers to understand their evolving product needs and facilitate the integration of new features and requests. This will require a good understanding of current product capabilities, an appreciation for level of effort involved with product updates, and the know-how to implement yourself if / when prioritized. On top of servicing existing customers’ ongoing product needs, we’ll lean on you to develop and maintain a robust demo environment that reflects real-world use cases, equipping our sales org to give clients visibility into our product’s full potential.
Beyond managing integrations and addressing client requests, you'll also be responsible for continuously improving our onboarding workflows and procedures. This role demands a driven, organized, and creative individual who can handle orchestrating multiple concurrent projects, delivering results on tight deadlines, and implementing incremental process improvements along the way. You'll need to be adaptable and ready to juggle a variety of client requests and activations, ensuring that every onboarding experience is smooth, scalable, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. If you are eager to lead and innovate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Core infra:
Front end: React web apps
Back end: Node.js (serverless) backend using express.js and a NoSQL db
SaaS tools: GCP + Firebase, Retool, Stripe, Segment, Mixpanel, Notion, Zapier, Cypress, and many more...
You certainly don't need to be experienced in all (or even most) of these areas; but you should be excited to learn new skill sets & tools as you need them. We also expect you to bring some new knowledge and experiences you can share to help level-up the rest of the team.
