Position Overview
My client, a highly successful plaintiff-side personal injury law firm, is seeking attorneys with approximately 2–3 years of legal experience to join its growing litigation team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters under the firm's established litigation framework
Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documents
Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case proceedings
Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient case management
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal team members
Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and client service
Contribute to a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar
Approximately 2–3 years of legal experience
Litigation experience preferred
Personal injury experience is advantageous but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
