About the Role:
Epsilon is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Bengaluru. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, data science, and cloud engineering roles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle technical recruiting (20-25 requisitions)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and referral programs
- Conduct initial screening and technical competency assessments
- Coordinate interview processes with engineering hiring managers
- Build talent pipeline through campus relationships and tech community engagement
- Manage candidate experience and offer negotiations
- Track recruiting metrics and optimize hiring processes
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for software engineering and data roles in India
- Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of technical skills, frameworks, and tech stacks
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
