Roofing Sales Representative Evergreen Renovations and Roofing — Portland, OR Salary: $55,000 - $95,000 per year (base + commission) About Us: Evergreen Renovations and Roofing is a service-first roofing and design-build contractor serving the greater Portland Metro area. We help local homeowners and businesses with everything from roof repairs and home improvement projects, to full roof replacements, ADU design and construction, and design-build services for whole home remodels. Position Overview: We are hiring a Roofing Sales Representative to meet with property owners, inspect roofs, prepare estimates, and close sales for residential and commercial roofing projects. This role offers excellent earning potential with a competitive base salary plus commission. Responsibilities: - Conduct roof inspections and assess damage for repair or replacement - Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for homeowners and property managers - Present roofing options, materials, and financing solutions to customers - Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and canvassing - Guide customers through the insurance claims process when applicable - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project scheduling - Build and maintain relationships with customers, realtors, and insurance adjusters - Attend trade shows, community events, and networking functions - Maintain accurate records in CRM system Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in roofing sales or home improvement sales - Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes - Proven sales track record with ability to close deals - Experience with insurance restoration sales is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with strong time management abilities - Valid driver's license and professional appearance - Proficiency with CRM software and digital estimation tools Benefits: - Base salary plus uncapped commission - Company vehicle or vehicle allowance - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan - Warm leads provided from company marketing - Ongoing sales training and development - Top producers earn $100K+ Evergreen Renovations and Roofing is an equal opportunity employer.
