Role
We’re a lean team of two today looking for a Founding Designer to join us as employee #3! In this role, you will:
Talk to users to deeply understand their challenges
Design and craft simple, delightful solutions
Lead the entire design and creative process
Collaborate on the product roadmap and strategy
Own all aspects of web, marketing, brand, and product design
Evolve Finta’s identity to align with our mission, product, and valuesYou are a visual design wizard and wield Figma masterfully.
