About the Role:
Fortanix is looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the customer relationship with our APJ customers. You will drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our data security platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own the customer relationship from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Develop and execute customer success plans
- Drive product adoption through training and best practice sharing
- Monitor customer health metrics and address risks proactively
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct business reviews with customer stakeholders
- Serve as voice of the customer to product and engineering teams
- Collaborate with sales and support teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise SaaS
- A demonstrated record of success in delivering customer outcomes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with enterprise customers in the APJ region
- Understanding of data security and compliance concepts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
